Port of NEOM is the primary seaport serving northwestern Saudi Arabia and the development of NEOM, with expanding container and general-cargo capabilities.

The former Duba Port was transferred from the Saudi Ports Authority to NEOM in 2022 and renamed Port of NEOM. Located in Oxagon on the northwestern Red Sea coast, it is being developed as a modern logistics gateway supporting NEOM and regional trade flows.

Management transferred from Mawani to NEOM in 2022, when Duba Port was renamed Port of NEOM.

Operational context

Port of NEOM is no longer a Mawani-managed port. The former Duba Port was transferred to NEOM in 2022 and renamed Port of NEOM. Its role is increasingly tied to Oxagon, NEOM development activity, container flows and general cargo.
